Hello Armand and Chris,
I had previously written a letter back a few years when Henske was service manager about how great the Commitment to Excellence & Excellence in Customer Service was back then and really to no surprise it was just as great when I recently logged a service call on Friday 11/26/2010. I spoke with Nicole who passed me on to Chris who was a consummate professional and listened to my concerns about my pump not working and me worrying if the lines would freeze. He assured me that everything would be fine and not to worry about anything freezing. He assured me he's have a tech out by Tuesday Nov. 30th. He passed me back to Kayla who was the ultimate in customer service. She was pleasant, professional and just all around great. She setup an appointment for me then said that she'd call back on Monday Nov. 29th with a time frame of when the tech would be out. Sure enough, here comes a phone call from Kayla on Monday the 29th. Now sure, although some would think that this is all part of the job so to speak, I personally deal with a lot of business' and very few that I come into contact with have the Commitment to Excellence & Excellence in Customer Service skill that All Seasons possess. It's very rare that I get that impressed with the professionalism and awesome customer service.
I also have to mention Tim. Tim was the tech who was assigned to my service call. My wife had asked me if she thinks they would call when done with the service. I looked at her and said, c'mon, this is All Seasons......they won't let us down. Sure enough my phone rings and it's Tim with an update. He was very very thorough with everything he explained that he did and really took time to listen to and answer my questions. He was so nice and I really wanted to say that he was a terrific representation of what All Seasons service department is all about. He is the one who gets us back in the spa that we invested in and with that just wanted to say Thank You Tim! You along with Kayla, Nicole and Chris, Armand and of course Henske personify my belief in in your company and the Commitment to Excellence & Excellence in Customer Service!!!

Fixed 1-13-2006 spoke to Henske (Armand, owner)(owners wife, very nice-didn’t charge a service call visit because of last time in December fix for jet service call) totally awesome customer service. Must write a letter.

11/14/2006 OH on display, Henske said to power off at the main control, take the filters out, turn back on, if OH goes away, filters the issue…..otherwise call for service again. 11/5/06 brought new filters, called back talked to Eric gave him an update and said we were good to go. Again awesome service!
1/31/2007 FLO reading on the display. Called service. I took out filters, still FLO on the display. Johna (female) Rhonda called back on 1-31 at 6pm to say someone would be out first thing tomorrow morning 2-1-07 since they’re afraid it might freeze. Water temp consistent at 83 degrees. Spoke to Rhona at 2:17pm (very nice-store manager at cherry hill store) and she’ll call back if they have to reschedule or anything else. Loved the service provided
11/26/2010 called at 9:50 am for service. Left a message on the answer machine.
I called back main number. Spoke to Nicole she passed me to service. Spoke to Chris said lines won’t freeze. He sent me to Kayla who scheduled me for 11/30/2010 69.00 diagnosis fee. She will call back on Monday the 29th with a time frame for Tuesday.
